In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing campus operations strategy, implementing innovative approaches to enhance candidate engagement, and fostering collaboration with the DE&I Culture Group. Your responsibilities will extend to hands-on involvement in planning and project managing events, as well as shaping the outreach strategy for high-potential candidates.

To hit the ground running, you must have:

• A minimum of seven years of professional experience in campus recruitment.
• Distinguished educational background across multiple degree levels (BA, BS, MS, Ph.D.) in any field of study.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Exhibit critical thinking capabilities combined with a flair for creativity. 
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate superb written communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and communicate effectively
