Our client is an investment management firm known as a pioneer in quantitative investing and oversees approximately $60 billion in investment capital in hedge funds, private investments, and long-only focused strategies. They are seeking a Campus Recruiting Specialist to help develop new and innovative approaches to connecting with campus-level talent globally in an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative working environment.

  • Serve as the firm’s primary point of contact for target schools 

The Campus Recruiting Specialist will help design and execute the firm’s campus-facing recruitment activities and internship programming, including candidate identification and engagement strategies for specific schools. This role will include leading strategy for informational events and scholastic competitions, collaborating with student organizations and faculty, and directly contacting high-potential candidates. You’ll contribute to executing on event planning and logistics, advertising/promotion, and staffing. This role offers substantial scope for innovation and creativity in seeking out new ways to reach the greatest number of high- potential candidates.

 

In Addition, You Must Have:

  • At least three years of professional experience, including time spent as a member of a high-performing campus recruiting team or as a frequent participant or collaborator in campus recruiting activities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Critical thinking skills and a capacity for creativity, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A post-secondary degree; varying levels from any field of study are welcome
