Our client is a globally renowned financial services organization who is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to –
- Operate as the lead Total Rewards representative for the APAC region.
- Develop strong working relationships with local HRBPs.
- Perform compensation audits, annual job survey matching, and support compensation budget planning analysis.
- Maintain global inventory of benefits, allowances, awards, and gifts.
- Conduct education and training following the communication strategy for all Total Rewards programs.
- Stay abreast of regional legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
You will be responsible to work with other Regional Analysts as a global team to provide guidance, consultation, and support in alignment with the Global Total Rewards Strategy.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills.
In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have –
- Relevant experience in People and Compensation Analytics.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in working with HRIS/Reporting Systems.
- Ability to travel periodically for global meetings and/or events.
- Good working knowledge of Compensation and Benefits functions overall.
- Periodic flexibility in schedule (Hours worked) to meet the needs of a global team.
