Our financial services client is looking to hire a Head of HR Business Partnering.

The role requires a Director who has prior experience of managing across both corporate and front office functions and who can demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with the business in order to deliver effectively against the strategic initiatives. There will be the opportunity to drive change and take on broader group led projects and it is important that this person is comfortable with both the strategic and hands on delivery required. The role will be part of the EMEA HR leadership team and report into the EMEA HRD.
