Working for a growing and entrepreneurial financial services organisation, this role will be key in supporting this vibrant and dynamic business in their future skills agenda. The role will combine keeping abreast of the changing external environment relating to future skills and bringing this back to the workplace along with building early careers and talent pipeline, including leading on the apprentice levy and finding innovative solutions to design and implement partnerships. Keeping up with trends and data and leveraging this to build internal solutions will be important here.
This is a brand-new role in an organisation that is building out their broader learning and development proposition. This business has embraced hybrid and are in their City-based offices twice a week.
