Our client is an expanding financial services firm who are now looking to hire a global leader to redefine their learning and talent processes.
Reporting direct to the CHRO this person will work on a new learning and talent strategy that looks to define how they assess talent globally and at all levels of the organisation. While not a pure greenfield role, this is an opportunity to design and mould the internal assessment methodology and work closely with talent acquisition to ensure that this strategy is utilised on hiring external talent. While leadership development for senior managers is key to this role, this person will also be required to oversee the broader learning strategy.As part of this position DEI will fall under the remit of this role and we are ideally looking for someone that has had some exposure to the function and who can also look to define this agenda globally.
We are looking for an individual who has worked in a learning or talent role covering multiple jurisdictions. Candidates with broader global experience would be preferred, however people with regional experience will be considered providing they have worked across a number of complex countries. The organisation has grown quickly and therefore candidates with strong change management skills would be useful. This is an exciting role for a fast-moving company and candidates will be required to not only focus on their area of expertise but to also get their hands dirty as/when required.
