to lead and build out their TA team.

In this role, the Global Head of TA will
determine long-term growth strategy for the company and execute on hiring
goals. This person will define, develop, and implement strategic
recruiting initiatives as well as evaluate market trends and identify
opportunities to promote strategic recruiting strategies.
This person should be experienced
working in fast paced environments as well be a great team player with a strong
sense of urgency and solid problem-solving skills.
In addition, we are also looking
- 15+ years
in recruiting or talent acquisition
- 3+ years in recruitment
- Successfully created and
executed innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to
attract and engage talent
- Ability to quickly gain an
understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs
of a position
- A flexible approach and ability
to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
and high EQ
