Global Head of Talent Acquisition - Professional Services - New York, NY

Our client is a leading financial and global information services company seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and build out their TA team. 

• Financial and information services company with expansive, global reach 
• Network of over 900,000 freelance consultants 
• Build and execute best-in-class recruitment strategy 

In this role, the Global Head of TA will determine long-term growth strategy for the company and execute on hiring goals. This person will define, develop, and implement strategic recruiting initiatives as well as evaluate market trends and identify opportunities to promote strategic recruiting strategies. 

This person should be experienced working in fast paced environments as well be a great team player with a strong sense of urgency and solid problem-solving skills. 

In addition, we are also looking for: 

• 15+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition 
• 3+ years in recruitment leadership positions 
• Successfully created and executed innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to attract and engage talent 
• Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position 
• A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high EQ
