Our client is a Global Leader in IT Integration and Cloud Technologies, looking to hire a Global Change Management Lead.


Location: London, United Kingdom (remote)

 

This role leads the change management activities of the COE's programme(s) and business as usual activities, coordinating stakeholders’ engagement, communication, training and post go-live adoption activities with sponsors, programme management, global process owners, and regional HR Teams / change networks. The change management lead reports into CoE leadership and manages the Digital COE change management, communication, and training resources.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and leads global change management needs and activities within the organisation's Digital COE's scope
  • Ensures usage of structured and consistent change management framework, methodology and tools across the projects and regular measurement of change management performance
  • Identifies and engages key stakeholders of programme(s), identifies risks to stakeholders' buy-in, delivery of programme's benefits and user adoption and advises on their mitigation
  • Defines change management strategies and plans and follows-up on their execution
  • Manages communication and training teams and deliverables to ensure a holistic approach to change management


Skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experience of managing change for large and complex multicultural HR programmes
  • Experience of behavioural and cultural change management
  • Experience in the communication and training fields
  • Knowledge of HR processes and HR technologies (SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Networking skills and ability to influence strategic stakeholders
  • "Hands-on" mindset
  • Prosci change practitioner certification
