Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Manager in Singapore. As the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Asia graduate recruitment strategy. Collaborating closely with Graduate Recruitment Partners and Trainee Review Partners, you will serve as an ambassador for the firm, enhancing their employment brand with students, universities, and key external suppliers.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing the Graduate Recruitment strategy and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle of the graduate recruitment programme.
  • Overseeing vacation scheme programmes, ensuring their effectiveness as recruitment tools and providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Managing future trainees and exploring innovative ways to integrate them into the firm.
  • Acting as an HR Business Partner, offering support and guidance to trainees throughout their training contract.
  • Reviewing and refining recruitment processes to ensure the identification of top talent and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Spearheading the Asia graduate campaign to position the firm as the employer of choice.
  • Developing the graduate recruitment brand and marketing materials in collaboration with global recruitment and marketing teams.
  • Developing and managing new graduate recruitment programmes in Asia.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of regional graduate recruitment experience from a leading financial or professional service firms
  • Resilience and adaptability in dealing with ambiguity and changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and operating autonomously on agreed plans.
  • Experience working in a global function while balancing consistency and local needs.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese languages.
