Head of HR

A well-established FMCG business is looking to hire a Head of HR for its UK & Ireland operations. This is a newly created position as the company continues to invest in its growth and strategic direction. The role reports to both the European HRD and the General Manager. The company prioritizes its consumers, products, and people, and this key hire will focus on culture growth and engagement.

As part of a global HR team and supported by a small UK-based HR team, this role is a true generalist position. Ideal candidates will have experience understanding consumer habits, defining talent strategies for success, and working within a global matrixed environment. Proven leadership skills are essential, whether you are a senior HR business partner ready for the next challenge or a Head of HR with a strategic and hands-on approach suited for a growth journey.
