Head of HR, Europe

Our client is a market leading global business who is looking for a regional Head of HR. 

Location: Madrid, Spain

Due to further business change and growth the business now requires a commercial and strategic HR leader to support senior leadership in the successful delivery of business objectives. You will be proactive in improving the overall employee experience and in building effective relationships with COEs and key stakeholders. The role will hold full accountability for delivering the People strategy. It requires an HR leader with international exposure, who is used to working across a matrix structure. You will have proven leadership skills and knowledge of employment legislation for UK and Europe. Furthermore, experience of large-scale transformation. The role will require occasional travel to their key hubs in Europe and the business is looking for someone who likes to be visible and proactive in driving change.
