Head of HR, Thailand

The Role:

Our client is an award-winning Direct Insurance organization who is keen to welcome a Head of HR, Thailand into their team. The role will be responsible for managing the human resources function for the country in an efficient and legally compliant manner.

• Trusted partner for business leaders in the country, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching in all aspects of HR.
• Proactive Manpower planning for the country based on budget and evolving business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources. This includes proactive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and talent management. The role will also involve collaborating with the Group CHRO on HR projects, ensuring HR service delivery is well-coordinated, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. 

What you should have:

• 12+ years of HR generalist experience and 5+ years of business partnering with senior management.
• Strong employee engagement skills and proficiency in Thailand labor act.
• Broad thinking, meticulous, and mature with a confident demeanor.
• Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in Thai and English across various levels.
• Ability to bring out the best in people.
