We’re currently working with an exciting and fast-paced boutique
brokerage business of 100 employees to hire a Head of People. This
business has experienced rapid growth and is now looking for a Head of People
to provide a proactive HR service and develop their HR proposition.
In this role the ability to develop current processes and implement
improvements will be important and you will enjoy building the employee
experience for employees at all levels, working directly with senior
management. This role is a great opportunity to advise, coach and counsel
people managers on implementing best practice and to take ownership of the
entire people experience delivering a mixture of strategic and operational
HR. In this role, the ability to build strong relationships with the
business will be crucial.
This role is hybrid and the business are looking for somebody who will
enjoy being in the office (West End) a minimum of three days a week.
