This global financial services group is seeking to backfill a HR Business Partner role. This is a hands-on, fixed-term role that will help you to learn broad range of HR activities and your skills will be utilized as key business stakeholder.

  • Fixed-term, contact role for an estimated 12-months
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners

The HR Business Partner is an role in which you will manage cost-effective overall provision and delivery of Human Resources advice and services both regionally and globally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • With your first-class organizational skills, you will be involved in the coordination of HR activities that are global in nature such as the bi-annual talent reviews, annual remuneration review and MPI-wide policies and initiatives requires working with, and coordination of HR Business Partners and co-workers in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and other MPI locations.
  • Your relationship building skills will be utilized as key business stakeholders as the Global Head and the Americas Leadership Team.
  • You will play a significant role in evolving the culture of the business and driving the human-capital agenda across the Americas as well as helping to support the broader global agenda.
  • As a trusted partner to senior management and managers will support and help manage a broad range of HR activities such as Resourcing plans and Recruitment delivery; Talent Management agenda; Compensation & Benefits; Employee Relations; and Organizational design and change management support.
