This leading financial
technology platform has a newly created Human Resources Business Partner (AVP),
to support key client group as they continue to grow. This role will be based
in their newly designed Greenwich CT offices.

Human Resources and based in Greenwich, CT
This newly created role
has been created to support the continued growth of the business and people
team. You will have done all HR Generalist duties including employee relations,
workforce planning, performance management, new policy implementations,
employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management and ad hoc
projects including updating HR technologies.
You will have a high EQ,
be able to build relationships with all levels and a team player. In building
relationships, you will look to use data to coach and influence your
stakeholders. You will thrive in ambiguity and customer serviced led.
Key Requirements:
- 5 to years of full-time
work experience.
- At least three (3) years
of human resources experience as a generalist.
- Ideally you come from a
FinTech, Technology or Finance background
- Experience working for a
global and matrix style organization
- Strong stakeholder and
relationship building experience
- High attention to detail,
use data to build trust and influence
- Thrive in a fast-working
and agile work environment
- Hybrid work and
comfortable being based in Greenwich, CT with the ability to travel to other
company offices across New York and New Jersey as needed.
- Authorized to work in the US
