HR Change Project Manager – 12-month FTC

Working with a progressive and entrepreneurial city-based insurer, this is a great opportunity to plan and implement change programmes to ensure that organisational objectives are met.


This role will play an important and key role ensuring that projects deliver on objectives and employee adoption is maximised. The ability to plan and implement people related change in a way that equips employees to change ways of working in relation to a variety of people related practices and processes.


This role will suit someone with strong programme and stakeholder management skills who has experience of planning and communicating change and is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment where the ability to anticipate stakeholder and employee challenges will be key to ensure successful and smooth transition.
