As an HR Manager, your role involves enhancing employee engagement, improving performance, and supporting professional growth. You'll also be a trusted advisor on employee relations and policy adherence.
This person will be a true partner to senior HR leadership, responsible for driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness including talent development and acquisition, resource management, and colleague training programs.
You’ll play an integral role in building a work culture that is equitable, inclusive, and focused on trust, mutual respect, and employee well-being.
To be successful in this role, you should be someone who likes taking initiatives, brings data-driven insights, and leverages market intelligence to make informed business decisions.

Compensation: $125000- $145000 base + Bonus + Benefits
