HR Manager

Our client is a world-renowned aviation organization, who are looking for a confident, proactive, and experienced HR Manager based out of Mumbai, India.

In this role you will be required to implements HR strategies and policies, analyses performance results of the company, audits periodically all the records of HR department, leads/participates in HR projects. You will be responsible for employee engagement, organizes workshop with Head of Departments, supports the Talent Development team, enables recruitment activities through HRSS. Finally, you will be involved in administer the company’s labour relations policy, executes company benefit programs, monitors the attendance of employees, and reports it to respective Head of Departments.

Skills/ Experience:

• Driven for results, inquisitive and execution-minded
• Outstanding English and Marathi communication skills
• Minimum 10 years of HR background and a minimum of 4 years managerial experience
• Preferable to have experience in unionized environment
