HR Manager

A UK multinational organization with a regional footprint across 4 continents, is seeking a Human Resources Manager, based in Singapore. This individual will play a crucial role in providing HR guidance and support to various business units within Singapore. Driven by strong business demands, the organization is projected to experience growth beyond 2024, making this an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR generalist looking for fresh challenges.

Your responsibilities in this role will encompass a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, talent management, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and employees alike on various HR-related matters. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will be working with a small regional team of fellow HR colleagues. 

To be successful in this role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of HR best practices to drive strategic initiatives and support the growing team.
