HR Manager

We’re partnering exclusively with a boutique financial services firm who are looking for their first HR Manager.  This is a great role for a HR associate or HR advisor looking to take a step up and work in a fast paced and vibrant environment where you will have a broad and exciting remit and the opportunity to make an impact.  

This successful firm have experienced rapid growth and current population size is 120.  They are continuing to scale so the role is a great opportunity to be really embedded in the business and would suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships, has a highly proactive approach to HR and problem-solving and is able to take a tailored approach as necessary.  The role would suit someone who has had good exposure to working on end-to-end HR and is also able to review and improve existing processes and drive forward projects to support and enable the business.

The firm’s offices are in the west end and the team are looking for someone who would enjoy being in the office three or four days a week.
