HR Manager

This organisation has recently merged with a competitor to create an APAC workforce of 8000+. With a regional footprint across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, India and other emerging markets, they are poised for continued growth through 2023 and beyond. We are looking for an HR Manager to provide HR advice and business partnering sup port to a number of business units with leaders based in Singapore. 

Supported by 1 team member, you will be the ‘face’ of HR to your stakeholders providing advice on hiring, compensation, talent management and legislation for headcount based in Singapore. You will oversee HR Operations and Payroll for your employee group ensuring timely service delivery and provision of advice and guidance to the HR Executive. Reporting to the Head of HR for SEA, you will be working with a small team of fellow HR professionals based in Singapore and a wider regional team of HR colleagues. 

We are looking for a confident HR generalist who enjoys a wide range of responsibilities and who can give an exemplary level of service to their stakeholders. While industry exposure is unimportant, it is likely you have worked in a multi-national environment.
