This role represents an exciting opportunity to join a growing Asset Management firm with a proven track record in the market. The business has seen strong 2022 financial results and is expanding throughout Europe with the opening of offices in Dubai, Dublin and Paris. The successful individual will be able to combine their industry experience with a vision for further development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The HR Manager will be responsible for setting and executing the overall people strategy and managing human capital.

  • Day-to-day HR operations
  • Talent acquisition
  • Compensation, payroll and benefits
  • Career development, retention and succession planning
  • Culture and employee feedback
  • Leadership training
  • KPI reporting for senior management in relation to the above
  • Responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, in particular, driving efficiencies in processes and systems
  • Ensuring the business is able to attract the right talent in a timely and cost-efficient manner
  • Providing strategic advice to the business on market standard employee incentive packages
  • Championing appropriate career development, retention and succession planning strategies
  • Ensuring the firm’s values are embedded in the employee experience and obtaining relevant employee feedback
  • Spotting opportunities to develop existing talent into leadership roles through internal and/or external training
  • Identifying, measuring and presenting appropriate KPIs and trends to senior management that could impact the firm’s objectives

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a high growth environment and ideally from Asset Manager, Fintech or an innovative financial services organisation. International exposure across US and APAC would be desirable.
