Our client is a market leading global manufacturing business who is looking for an HR Manager to partner with senior leadership across two locations in the UK.

Location: Central Scotland

Due to internal mobility, the business now requires a commercial and strategic HR leader to support senior leadership in the successful delivery of business objectives. A truly commercial role, you will articulate the UK people strategy, defining short/medium term people priorities which support the overall business strategy. With this in mind, you will have strong communication and influencing skills, be able to coach managers through an evolving culture and provide expert leadership on employee development. You will become a trusted advisor on employee relations issues and so your ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organisation are critical. The key to success will be the ability to be agile and collaborative whilst working in a fast paced commercial environment.
