The Role:


Our client is a leading Financial Services organization that is soon merging with a Corporate Service Provider organization. This role will be responsible for managing the integration of HR workstreams across the organization, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.


You will be responsible for planning and executing projects to integrate HR workstreams, coordinating with functional teams such as HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and collaboration.


In this role, you will:


  • Keep track of large deliverables and plan and execute projects to integrate HR workstreams across the         organization
  • Coordinate with functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and manage project change requests
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed
  • Ensure continuous liaison with Overall Project Coordinator for escalation and interdependencies monitoring


What you should have:


  • 8+ years of HR project management experience, with a focus on learning, performance, leadership, and change management
  • Experience in managing large-scale HR projects in a Capital Markets or Corporate Functions organization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills across various levels
  • Ability to bring out the best in people and drive organizational change
