HR Team Executive Assistant

Our client is a world-renowned private equity firm looking to hire a HR Team Executive Assistant. This role would report directly to the Office Manager and would help provide excellent support to the HR Director.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive team support and HR projects for team
• Management and use of team SharePoint site
• Responsible for updating HR related content
• Super User of Cascade HR system
• High quality document production and management in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist with project management
• Co-ordination and production of Board and Operations committee packs
• Diary management for HRD
• Travel planning for the HR team as required
• Reconciling and processing expense claims
• Ad hoc duties
• Understanding and ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external rules

Needs:

• Experience of working in Private Equity or a fast-paced financial services EA role
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and remain calm under pressure
• Desire and ability to produce high quality work
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
