Our client is a Global Web Discovery Platform, looking to hire an HRBP (EMEA) on a 12-month FTC.


Salary: £75000

Location: London, UK


Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their EMEA HR team. The ideal candidate will excel in organisational prowess, demonstrating a strong commitment to client service both internally and externally. This role requires the agility to navigate various priorities effectively, showcasing exceptional project management abilities alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. Embracing the challenges of a high-paced environment, the successful candidate will thrive in this role.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales Division to oversee HR operations for our London-based commercial and corporate functions. Your role will encompass various aspects of HR management, including talent management, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and change management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, offering guidance to managers on day-to-day challenges and grievances.
  • Partner closely with the EMEA Sales Team to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive talent management processes and facilitate learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and accurate reporting within the corporate framework.
  • Lead HR communication efforts across relevant channels.
  • Oversee reward management, encompassing compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate management of HRIS systems.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, particularly within a retail environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
