We are currently working with an entrepreneurial and global insurance firm who are looking for a HRIS Manager. This is an exciting time for this organisation as they change how HR services are delivered and evolve the function. In this role, you will own all HR systems and be accountable for developing functionality. The organisation has ambitious growth plans and prides itself on their supportive culture. Our client has embraced hybrid and are in the office 2 days a week. Key to this role will be:
- Strong motivation and experience of building an outstanding employee experience
- Leading on best practice functionality into HR systems
- Develop the HR systems roadmap aligning with HR and business priorities
- Manage and develop the team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Reviewing trends of usage on Workday and planning and executing how we target populations/areas to improve stats
- International Workday experience is essential
