This leading carbon utilization and sustainable production company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.

• Offices based in Soho and Bushwick

The HR Business Partner will bring HR expertise and work closely with all departments to support business objectives and overall success. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR and be able to provide guidance and support to all levels of employees. The HR Business Partner will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices as well as develop strategies to support their goals.

In Addition, You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM preferred.
• Solution oriented, passion for developing and implementing solution.
