Our client is a Global Asset Manager looking to hire a Junior HR Business Partner. This position will help support key stakeholders in the business and will report into the HR Associate Director.


Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with their client group
  • Provide support and guidance to the People team
  • Delivering and supporting with people projects
  • Creating initiatives, working to integrate transformation, overcome issues and proactively suggesting solutions
  • Delivery of people strategy / performance group people plan
  • Operate as a key member of the team

Needs:

  • Good at building and sustaining stakeholder relationships
  • Work efficiently, under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high confidentiality at all times
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use their initiative to transform and improve functions
