Our client is a Global Asset Manager looking to hire a Junior HR Business Partner. This position will help support key stakeholders in the business and will report into the HR Associate Director.
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with their client group
- Provide support and guidance to the People team
- Delivering and supporting with people projects
- Creating initiatives, working to integrate transformation, overcome issues and proactively suggesting solutions
- Delivery of people strategy / performance group people plan
- Operate as a key member of the team
Needs:
- Good at building and sustaining stakeholder relationships
- Work efficiently, under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high confidentiality at all times
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use their initiative to transform and improve functions
