Leadership & Talent Programme Manager

We’re currently working with a fast-paced and entrepreneurial insurance company who are looking for a Leadership & Talent Programme Manager to shape and implement their programmes. This will be a varied and exciting Leadership and Talent role, working with the team to bring a commercial mindset to the Leadership & Talent offering and is an excellent opportunity to take a strategic approach to solutions, ensuring that programmes are aligned with business priorities and will be instrumental in building the capability of leaders. The ability to focus on outcomes, measure success and embed learning will be important here.

This is a vibrant organisation that has embraced hybrid and are two days a week in the office.
