We are currently working with an entrepreneurial and global insurance firm who are looking for a Leadership, Learning & Talent business partner. This is an exciting new role partnering with the business to drive a culture of high performance focused on leadership, talent, development, and engagement. The organisation has ambitious growth plans and prides itself on their supportive culture. Our client has embraced hybrid and are in the office 2 days a week. Key to this role will be:

  • Outstanding knowledge and experience of implementing leadership, learning, development, and talent strategies
  • Self-starter who is motivated and energised in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy to roll sleeves up in both a strategic and operational capacity
  • Ability to translate business needs into development solutions
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and ambiguity
  • Team player who collaborates with the business and colleagues, with the ability to build and manage relationships
