Located in New York, our client is a leading financial services organisation, seeking an experienced L&D Manager to join their growing L&D team, focused on program management and training facilitation for mid-level managerial development.

As the driving force behind learning and development initiatives, you'll take charge of managing learner outreach, executing diverse learning programs, and skill fully facilitating workshops on topics such as effective delegation, feedback, and talent development.
You'll play a central role in developing the firm's newest managers and steering signature programs for new and intern managers. Collaborate effectively with coaches, the L&D team, business stakeholders, and external partners to create meticulously tailored learning offerings for manager development and executive coaching programs spanning various functions, setting the benchmark for the organization.
In Addition You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in learning and development; a master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple learning programs concurrently.
- Proven experience delivering training to adult learners using diverse methods.
- Adaptive facilitation style and the ability to quickly grasp new content areas.
- Prior experience in developing managers is highly preferred.
- Sound judgment, commitment to ambitious goals, growth mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with impeccable attention to detail.
