Learning and Development Manager

We’re partnering with a boutique insurance business who have experienced strong and sustainable growth in recent years and have now reached the point where they are looking for their first Learning & Development Manager to join their supportive and close-knit team.  Working directly with the business at all levels, including C-suite, this is a comprehensive role with the opportunity to design and execute the learning, talent and development strategy in this innovative and dynamic organisation of 400 employees.


Financial services experience will be important in this role along with a good understanding of working in a smaller to medium sized corporate environment.
