An exciting opportunity for an OD to join a newly set up team within the HR function, to support the delivery of the firm and people strategies by leading on the delivery of the cultural and people engagement agenda. The OD work portfolio is balanced between leading on global projects and initiatives and facilitating the delivery of bespoke solutions and approaches via regional boards, regional HR teams and other key stakeholders. The role will report into the Global Head of Organisational Development and have high exposure across the company. Strong listening and influencing skills are important and the ability to work collaboratively with the broader HR team in order to deliver effectively on mutual objectives. 


The successful person will have experience in change management and culture change, as well as employee engagement methodologies. You will have a global mindset and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Consulting and experience of large-scale change management and delivery is desired.
