Our client, a highly successful industry leader with a very strong presence in Asia, is seeking for an HR Transformation to take on a key role in their growing HR team.

- Team lead to drive major HR Transformation and Process Optimization projects
This role is an integral part to be responsible for heading up the HR Transformation and driving HR Process Optimization projects. You will play a key role in formulating and executing HR Change strategies, serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership and business in all related issues. To be successful in this role, you would need have an excellent track record in the HR Project space as a subject matter expert.
The successful individual will have demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively. This person also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required. We are looking for a passionate HR Transformation professional with some relevant experience gained from matrixed organisations. Experience around Workday and/or Successfactor implementation is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is strong advantage.
