In this role you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for the go-to-market team. You’ll work with hiring managers throughout the search process as you define roles, execute candidate sourcing strategies, and develop candidates from first contact to close. You’ll also assess candidates rigorously while providing a positive experience, tracking key metrics, and measuring impact.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in a start up or fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates
- Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and close searches on time to meet recruiting goals
- Motivated by finding and connecting with talent and matching talent with great opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and problem solve effectively
- Ability to organize resources, data, tasks, and people effectively and displays effective prioritization and use of resources based on new information
