Our client is a mid-market private equity firm. Due to further business growth our client is looking for a committed Recruitment Manager to work closely with the business. The role will report into the HR Director.

This role requires someone who is an excellent relationship builder, who focuses on quality and can proactively advise on process and see where improvements can be made to help the business with their hiring needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountability with the external search partnerships.
  • DEI – the business is looking for a broader, more diversified pipeline of candidates.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate hiring–aid them in more branding at events to ensure they have move visibility to attract entry level talent.
  • Recruitment Marketing – how to build the brand more broadly without diluting what they stand for.
  • Attrition – greater scrutiny on the success of hiring.
  • Exec hiring – to run the process alongside the needs/demands of the business.
  • Team Management.
