We’re currently partnering with a leading law firm to hire a Reward Manager. Working in this collegiate and supportive environment, this role will manage the compensation life cycle – including project managing the annual compensation process and salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure that the firm’s reward strategy remains competitive, as well as being responsible for the management and development of one team member.


Along with excellent analytical skills and great reward knowledge and experience, the ability to collaborate and partner with colleagues and the business is important in this collegiate environment.

This firm have embraced hybrid and this role can be based in London or Manchester.
