This global financial services firm is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Reward specialist to join their Human Resources Reward function, based in New York.

  • Global financial services group operating in 34 markets
  • Work with the Rewards Advisory team supporting global Asset Management
  • Collaborate globally

The Rewards Manager will support the delivery of reward advice and projects including the annual remuneration review process.  This person will also provide remuneration analysis, guidance and support to the relevant Business Partners, provide support during corporate acquisitions and integrations and help manage carried interest and commission plans

In Addition, You Must Have:

  • At least four years’ experience working in a reward role within the Asset Management sector
  • Familiarity with interpreting remuneration market data, providing pay recommendations for new hires and presenting remuneration analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise format
  • Experience with administering commission plans and/or carried interest plans will be advantageous.
  • Advanced excel, strong analytical skills and be highly numerate with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative global team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction
  • Strong communication skills, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Problem-solving skills, along with a creative and solutions-focused approach.
