Our Middle East-based client is actively seeking experienced HR professionals interested in relocating and becoming part of their team as they drive forward with ambitious growth plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development to drive business performance.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement.
  • Lead employee engagement and cultural initiatives to create a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Use data-driven insights to analyze workforce trends, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • Has 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Is skilled in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Is proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
