We are
looking for a HR generalist with experience in HR operations and payroll,
coupled with strong stakeholder management. Our client is a global organisation
that is experiencing growth in terms of increased headcount. A newly created
role in Singapore to join the existing team of 3, you will support the team in
ensuring operational excellence of end-to-end employee life cycle
activities.
The role will be varied encompassing a number of responsibilities including:
- Onboarding & Offboarding – administration of employment contracts, internal mobility, exit clearance, settlement of outstanding payments
- Orientation – conducting HR briefing for new hires about campus activities, employees’ benefits, HR self-service portal
- Payroll – reviewing monthly payroll, annual reporting of employment income, payroll audits, back-up payroll processor
- Employee engagement – planning of annual long service award activities, wellness projects
- Advisory – providing advice on HR processes, policies and compliance
- Projects – participating in HR transformation projects
You will
join an organisation with a great culture as shown in the longevity in tenure
of the HR team. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication
skills and previous experience of speaking to stakeholders with international
background as this will not be a backend role.
