The key position is responsible for all Rewards initiatives and optimization across the Group regionally. Specifically the job holder will play a vital lead role in related innovation and transformation initiatives and projects, to align with the brand’s vision and development as well as to impact the Group’s entities across industries.
The ideal candidate will have hands on regional rewards and/or compensation experience and have good client/stakeholder management skills as well as an analytical/commercial mindset. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization. Experience around Executive Compensation is highly advantageous, the team also welcomes candidates with a keen interest to broaden their exposure.
