Our client is a multinational professional services firm headquartered in London. This role is responsible for attracting and hiring the best talents for its Asia offices.
This role is designed to be the conduit between the business i.e. hiring managers and prospective hires, working primarily in-house to deliver outcomes. While there are only approximately 60 to 65 hires managed by the team of 3 each year, your valued contribution comes from providing a consultative service to the stakeholders. You will take the initial requisition from the hiring managers, from Partner level and below, devise a recruitment strategy and support them with selection decisions by providing independent feedback. You will also have the opportunity to partake in projects related to EVP and technology in recruitment.
- You will be comfortable in influencing senior stakeholders and confident to constructively challenge, where necessary.
- You will also be strategic in resourcing for talents and proactively maintain an active pool of candidates for pipelining.
- You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team offering a defined hybrid working model and a fantastic central working location.
