Our client is a renowned industry pioneer with strong global presence. They are looking for a seasoned Talent & Learning Lead to strategize for success.

The key position is responsible for all Talent & Learning programmes and initiatives across the Group globally. Specifically, the job holder will play a vital lead role in related innovation and transformation initiatives and projects, to align with the brand’s vision and development as well as to impact the industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands on (multi-) regional Talent & Learning experience and have good client/stakeholder management skills as well as an analytical/commercial mindset. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization.
