Location: Remote, UK


The role is a newly created position to streamline recruitment operations, delivery, and capability on a global scale. What is needed is a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to focus on delivery of strategic roles and own critical global projects. The role will be to define, implement, and lead a Global TA Framework, working with international process owners to reconfigure operational excellence and organisational development, from a TA perspective. The Global Head of Talent Acquisition will lead, nurture, and influence the Global TA team – cultivate a culture of high performance and improved services - to deliver the TA strategy and operate in alignment to the company values.   


Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement global Talent Acquisition strategy which contributes to the delivery of objectives, including company values.
  • Design and implement global Talent Acquisition EVP and recruitment marketing strategy to deliver the Employer Brand to candidates and attract the best talent to ensure the business can meet it’s objectives. This will ensure an inclusive and positive candidate journey.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence, act as a role model for the company values and coach the team to develop positive outcomes
  • Responsible for the development and growth of the end-to-end candidate journey from attraction through to 30 days after starting in their new role. Identify the delta in the current TA journey to the strategy and work with the wider team to design, implement and embed the improved TA processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, improved quality of hire, reduced time to hire and reduced cost to hire.
  • Build and influence cross business and HR Partner relationships with regards to attraction, sourcing, assessment, onboarding and providing thought leadership and solutions in these areas of TA expertise.
  • Create and lead on transformational change programmes that enable higher performance, improved services, effective stakeholder management and underpin our vision and values
  • Lead, support, empower and inspire the Global TA team to deliver the TA strategy and operate in alignment to company values
  • Ensure end to end recruitment achieves our vision of attracting high calibre, passionate and dedicated team members, ensuring we become an employer of choice
