Talent and Inclusion Specialist – Financial Services – New York

This global financial services group is seeking to backfill a Talent and Inclusion Specialist role. This is a hands-on, fixed-term role that will afford you people leadership experience, visibility to stakeholders across the region and the chance to become well-versed in DEI.

The Talent and Inclusion Specialist is an execution-focused role that is critical to the success of our DEI initiatives both regionally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish partnerships with external DEI advocacy organizations and manage engagements as needed, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the region and engage with Talent Acquisition resources to enlist and engage support of inclusive recruitment efforts.
• Serve as the program manager for development programming targeting diverse populations, incorporating measures for success and impact as well manage all of our external benchmarking activities, e.g. Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index.
