Managing a small team, this role will be responsible for building out the organisations’ ER proposition end-to-end. In this role, excellent knowledge of ER best practice and the regulatory environment, gained in a Financial Services organisation will be important and as well as experience of managing a team. This role would suit somebody who is keen to make an impact and enjoys a holistic role, driving forward the strategy, managing key relationships as well as complex ER cases.
This role is hybrid, two or three days a week in the organisation’s city-based offices.
