Workforce Planning Advisory Lead (Future Capability and/or Emerging Talent)

Our client is a successful industry leader and they are looking for a strategic HR and/or Talent  team lead to join their growing future-ready business.

Reporting to the Group HR Lead, you will be involved in all HR Strategy topics but specifically, you will be play a key advisory role in Future Workforce & Capability planning, implementation and revamp. We are looking for a passionate HR professional with some relevant experience gained from sizable multinationals. The successful individual will have demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively. This person also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required. Bilingual (English and Cantonese/Mandarin) OD, TM, L&D and/or Early Career experts are top candidates for the role.
