Job Description

The Account Manager’s responsibility it so manage the efficient and effective running of the onsite Recruitment teams based across APAC and Europe. The Account Manager should consistently strive to drive exemplary service delivery and implement best practice processes:


Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders

  • Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client

  • Effectively manage teams, encouraging focus on delivery and results

  • Ensure meaningful reporting information is produced which measures and reflects the value to the client

  • Identify and follow-up opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

  • All day-to-day activity for the recruitment of the on-site teams

  • Advising teams on recruitment strategy and sourcing techniques for all permanent/ temporary roles

  • Advising business stakeholders on market trends and skills

  • Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance

  • Escalation of HR/recruitment issues

  • Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreements / preparing and conducting regular vendor performance reviews to ensure the client is receiving the best service


Key Requirements:                                

  • A stable background managing a recruitment team(s) onsite or in-house within the technology, engineering or energy sectors is essential
  • A consultative approach to recruitment with proven best practice process knowledge
  • Existing experience managing APAC wide recruitment and understanding of multiple geographies
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and client relationship management experience
  • Proven experience managing remote teams
  • Service driven approach and proven experience in introducing operational governance and continuous improvements
  • Knowledge of managing P&L/budget is preferred
