A newly created opportunity to support further regional expansion and growth in a UK headquartered business with a global footprint. They have seen sustained year on year growth in terms of both assets under management and revenues returned and view APAC as a critical market to support this agenda.
Reporting to the APAC Head of Talent based in Hong Kong, you will support an existing team of 6 across the region in terms of their development and ensuring strategy is aligned to business needs. The role will focus on experienced hires; campus recruitment is managed by a separate team; across all areas of the business from front to back office. You will work closely with your peers in areas like Talent Management, Talent Development and DEI to ensure you and your team are able to share insights about career pathways and inclusion to prospective hires and present the organisation as an “Employer of Choice” to attract the best talent.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional and people leader who can demonstrate success in a complex environment of reasonable scale. You will lead from the front with high levels of energy and drive and be able to support your team with a lateral thinking and solutions focused mindset. Prior experience in a financial services environment has been highlighted by our client as essential for the role.
